Occupational well-being trainings
Grow your organization's occupational well-being expertise with our practical trainings.

Elämänlaatu ja itsensä johtamisen taito
Quality of life is a concept that affects each of us, but it can be a very subjective and individual experience. It is related to how we experience our own life, how satisfied we are with it, and how meaningful and balanced we perceive it to be.
In this training, we dig deeper into the quality of life and its aspects, and offer the participant tools for self-management and improving the quality of life. The training helps to balance demands and resources and to gain insights into how one's own decisions affect one's own well-being and possibly also the well-being of the entire work community.
Strengths for utility
Managing well-being at work is a skill
The training offers a comprehensive overview of the principles and practices of managing well-being at work. It trains the participants in strategic thinking and offers practical tools for promoting well-being at work in the organization.
We discuss the importance of well-being at work, key factors, management skills and practical tools and methods to improve well-being at work. The main theme is health management instead of disease-centeredness. Participants also learn how to monitor and report on the development of occupational well-being and how to involve the work community in promoting well-being. After the training, the participants know how to improve employee well-being, increase productivity and how to support the organization in achieving its goals.
Developing well-being at work
We help companies to reach the know-how and processes related to occupational well-being to a productive level, so that resources are not wasted and time is not spent on extinguishing fires.
Development of occupational health cooperation
With occupational health cooperation, we promote work ability and the continuation of working careers together with the employer, employees and occupational health care. The purpose of the cooperation is that the parties have a common understanding of the personnel situation, workplace safety, health and work ability-related factors. With work ability management skills, participants detect work ability risks early and start to manage them.
Coaching management
A coaching and participative management style strengthens the organization's learning and self-direction. With the help of coaching leadership, the strengths, resources and often hidden potential of individuals are released for use by the entire organization. Coaching management can better support individuals' commitment and motivation to their work.
Utilizing strengths as part of teamwork
The use of strengths inspires, engages, gives energy, increases job satisfaction and the experience of the meaning of work, and improves work performance. When a person can utilize their own strengths, it has been shown that it improves relationships, improves general well-being, strengthens one's own resilience and improves problem-solving ability.
Feelings in the work community and facing difficult situations
Emotions are connected to all things. They are involved in all life events and interaction situations, including at work. Emotional storms in the workplace can be turned into strength and learned to deal with them successfully. We strengthen the skills and courage of supervisors to address even difficult issues at a low threshold.

Health economics for impactful decision-making in the health and social care sector
Health economics offers tools for controlling expenses and increasing management skills. We offer training and coaching in an understandable and practical way, so that everyone in the social security sector can use information in decision-making.
In health economics, e.g. how scarce resources are allocated in relation to health needs and how they should be allocated in order to maximize health and distribute it as fairly as possible. Resources are limited and costs are increasing, cost-effective actions and decision-making are needed.
What does opportunity cost mean? What about marginal utility? How can effectiveness really be measured, and how can it be used in everyday life? However, decisions have to be made.
We recommend training not only for supervisors and decision-makers working in the health and safety field, but also for professionals in the field of health and safety. The more levels of competence increase, the better the results!
